Almond Milk is a powerhouse of nutrients. A 250 ml single serving of our almond milk is a non-dairy substitute for milk of cow and buffalo origin with the protein content per serve being equivalent to the protein content in cow or buffalo milk (6g/250 ml). Having a plant origin, almond milk has zero Cholesterol and saturated fats and is high in Omega 6 fatty acids. It is low on calories and alkaline in nature as against milk of animal origin which produces an acidic environment in the body.
We make our almond milk by using a minimum of 10% Almonds, making it an effective antioxidant source rich in Vitamin E and Vitamin C.
The nut-milk is also a rich source of Magnesium which helps reduce PMS symptoms, helps in energy production and reduces inflammation. It also helps to enhance sleep quality and fight depression.
